Mark & Yvonne Leeming you resident hosts and owners welcome you to the White Lodge our family run Guest House where you can be sure of a warm welcome superb home cooked food using locally sourced Lincolnshire produce and ingredients where ever possible.
We offer quality Bed & Breakfast accommodation, spacious en-suite bedrooms and a personal touch to enhance your comfort.
We are open throughout the year. Free parking is available for all our guests and free Wi Fi is available throughout the building.
Due to high demand we recommend that you book early.
We welcome online and telephone reservations – guests are always welcome to call us for late availability and occasional offers.
Golfers will find the location ideal for the short walking distance to Seacroft Golf course, or North Shore Golf Course (about 1 mile). Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve is ideal for those seeking absolute unspoiled coastal scenery, abundance of wild life and migrating birds. The beach is located via a short walk along Franklin Avenue, where visitors will find secluded sand dunes and an uncrowded sea shore. Crossing the sand dunes, to the north, the coastal path provides access to the town centre and Gibraltar Point to the north. Both are excellent walks.
THE PROPERTY
The White Lodge Guest House comprises of our comfortable TV lounge and newly refurbished dining room. We have 7 en suite letting bedrooms all tastefully decorated all with Freeview Flat-screen televisions, hair dryers and tea and coffee making facilities. All rooms have thermostatically controlled radiators for your comfort. White Lodge adopts a no smoking policy throughout the Guest House. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets.
We have a welcoming and relaxing resident’s lounge, plus an adjacent room for your comfort. The breakfast room is separate from the lounge and offers a delightful environment.

Here at the White Lodge we pride ourselves on our freshly prepared home cooked breakfast using the best produce, locally sourced where possible,.supporting local business.
For breakfast we offer a wide selection of cereals, fresh fruit and of course porridge full English is a must but lighter options are available.

Very welcoming. everything was beautiful and clean. breakfast was lovely. hosts were very nice people. in a good position to the town centre. not far to get to the sea front. local shop on the doorstep if you needed it. only negative was if you wasnt a very good walker it was a good distance from the main town centre but i understood there were local buses
Owners very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was lovely you could select what you wanted, rooms a good size and very clean. Free to come and go as you pleased. Lovely cute veranda at the front of guest house to chill out. Towels and hairdryer, bedding included, free off road car parking. Excellent location close to town centre, pubs, beach and Gibraltar point within walking distance.
Great choice of breakfast, cooked to order. Excellent service didn’t have to wait long. Facilities in dinning room well laid out. Allowed us to book in early as room ready. Off road parking. Really friendly hosts made to feel welcome.
We have just returned from a 2 night stay at White Lodge, the owner was friendly and very chatty on arrival, everything was very clean and the room was nice with a comfy bed and the breakfast was excellent, it’s appx 5 mins walk to the town and there was onsite parking a plus for me thank you, We would definitely book again
